  1. Glad to know about sing update, so many Amd(Ati) users are having issues with the latest drivers, did the lab fixed that already on its main viewer (as i use Nvidia so far no concerns)?

  2. The Lab’s v3.7.25.299021 release seems to have mostly fixed the Mac upload bug but anything that uses a URL seems to have an issue. For example, the notice that someone has logged on or off shows >nolink. URLs that appear in chat are truncated. Clicking notifications that someone has replied to a mysecondlife.com post brings up the Places pane with an error message.

    1. Good to hear (some) Mac issues continue to be addressed.

The >Nolink issue has been reported to LL; I need to recheck notes on the status of an official fix.

    2. The truncated URLs is a silly “feature” they added. Hopefully the Lindens will see how bad of a decision that was when they are at meetings with people posting various JIRA and SL links and they are blindly having to click to open to see what the links are actually to. They knew about the nolink> all over the place and the URLs for certain SL links opening the places panel for literally almost a month from JIRA reports but decided to release anyway without fixing. Makes one wonder if they even do QA at all anymore (not to say their QA was ever good to begin with).

      1. Unfortunately, I already fixed all of the URL fails in the viewer with the shitty graphics. But hey: Rather cut yourself and suffer with a bleeding edge viewer, right? 😀

        1. No cutting and suffering here! All of the link fail is fixed in the viewer i use 😀

            1. Only during the short little spurts of testing the official viewer to deliberately try to find the new bugs! 😛 This is something Whirly and i have in common. We both use something else primarily but we like to test the official, especially in release candidate stage, to find out whats wrong with it far ahead of time! Her tag made me immune during those little bug hunting rounds! 😀

  3. Nolink is fixed but on the beta version of ukando:) We found out about that when he asked for us to beta test it and then we foujnd out it was a ll bug, very easy to solve it seems

  4. Ansariel, we do miss you on the TS cruises:), And sorry when i told about the shitty graphics of firestorm, but i can attest that it is the plain truth.
I tried the open sim latest version of it, on our regions in OSgrid:
some sculpts dont show properly where they where showing with imprudence latest os stable version.
I installed kokua open sim latest version:
The same sculpts i was seeing properly on imprudence show perfectly now.
Did not made any changes on debug settings, set all to ultra on the graphics preferences on both viewers, nothing more.
So i do stand by my previous statement. Firestorm has to much gadgets that you even need to make tutorials for users that use it, to know about, but lacks on the most fundamental for me, to see some pieces that other viewers show correctly.

    1. Since nobody reported it with a way where and how to reproduce, nobody will look into it. 😉

I might take my 25R on a BL TS cruise again soon… 🙂

          1. 🙂 No, not only cause of those, even if i had to agree, the mesh shop was the 1st true boat makes that also felt the need to treat sl sailors as adults:) and i do hope their next boat (So far it looks stunning) will keep the adult menus.
